Recovery Support Program Supervisor
STAFF AND CASE SUPPORT 1. Refer cases to staff immediately upon notification by the Central Intake Unit (CIU). 2. Assist, as needed, with the preliminary Single Coordinated Care Plan (SCCP). 3. Provide guidance with developing a team of informal and formal supports to assist the client. 4. Attend team meetings with staff to assist them in their facilitation skills. MONITORING, REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE 5. Maintain compliance with all contract and agency rules, regulations and requirements. 6. Ensure staff compliance with applicable laws and administrative codes. 7. Ensure the accurate and timely completion and/or submission of reports by Coordinators and/or Case Managers, to include, but not limited to: “Client Locator Form,” SCCP’s, service authorizations, required outcome data collection instruments and client satisfaction instruments. 8. Prepare required reports, as directed and needed. STAFF SUPERVISION 9. Manage the work and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure effective performance and fulfillment of all program functions. 10. Ensure that your department is adequately staffed (hiring) 11. Manage the on-going performance, evaluation and development of staff. 12. Review job descriptions annually and make recommendations for changes. 13. Complete documents in a timely manner, including but not limited to; evaluations, Personnel Action Records, Worker’s Compensation reports and investigations. 14. Ensure compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures. GENERAL 15. Attend all trainings and meetings as mandated by BHD and/or La Causa, Inc. as directed 16. Other duties as assigned related to the overall purpose and needs of the program. NE
1. Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or other human service profession. 2. Minimum of three years of relevant experience. 3. Able to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate frankly and effectively with families to implement problem solving strategies, understand issues, and to make effective connections for services. 1. Demonstrate cultural competency with diverse groups and ability to work with individuals from diverse economic backgrounds in respectful manner. 2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, interpersonal relationship skills, and able to work effectively with others from culturally diverse, linguistic and economic background; both in a team and individual environment. 3. Excellent critical thinking; able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 4. Highly developed organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities. 5. Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite. 6. Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards. 7. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on program needs. 8. Must successfully complete background checks

Work is generally performed in office with some local travel for appointments. Frequent walking, standing, hearing, seeing, writing/typing required. May be exposed to infectious diseases. Some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
