Clinician/Therapist and Supervisor – CSC/CCS Youth *$5,000 Hiring Incentive *
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the clinician/therapist is responsible for managing, supervising, and implementation of the day-to-day operations the CSC/CCS Program and its staff. The clinician/supervisor works to guide the CSC team toward serving youth and young adult with high-level needs who are dually diagnosed with mental health and developmental disabilities. In addition, the clinician/supervisor ensures the provision of individual and family therapy and other clinical services toward the youth meeting their treatment goals.
Care Coordinator – CSC/CCS Youth
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the care coordinator is responsible for providing care coordination to youth and young adult with high-level needs who are dually diagnosed with mental health and developmental disabilities toward helping them and their families to develop an individualized plan that can be used to help obtain their vision toward being happy, health, and safe.
