PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support for Social Services (Youth), and/or designated staff.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Act as a back-up for other administrative positions, as needed. E
- Maintain and facilitate assigned databases, record keeping systems, and consumer files (ensure security and HIPAA confidentiality, distribute and collect files as requested by authorized individuals, etc.). E
- Provide generalclerical services (compose and type correspondences and documents, deliver/retrieve mail/documents, provide administrative support to Director of Social Services and Program Administrator (Adult or Youth), coordinate printing/photocopying needs, filing, order/maintain supplies/equipment, etc.). E
- Facilitate all aspects of a building liaison for multiple suites and programs (safety, upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance issues, pest control, etc.). E
- Facilitate all aspects of an IT liaison for all Social Services (computers, user needs, cell phones, IT Tickets, etc.). E
- Administer all departmental financial procedural aspects (purchase orders, travel expenses, credit cards, petty cash, mileage reports, vehicle expenses, etc.). E
- Prepare, complete, and submit required items by due dates. E
- Follow legal, organizational, and contractual laws and policies. E
- Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders. NE
- Attend all meetings and professional development activities and perform presentations, as directed. NE
- Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
- Perform other related duties, as assigned. NE
- Be a team player. E
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited school.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative/clerical support.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), oral and written, highly desireable.
- Strong communication skills, cultural competency, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, highly developed organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings, depending on program needs.
- Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
- Must successfully pass all background checks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in an office setting. Frequent local travel; some state-wide travel may be needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
