WAGE RANGE $58,031.50 TO $69451.20 (BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE) with the applicable license
*annual wage will be pro-rated based on the start date and/or full-time/part-time status, the base wage is contingent upon the employee actively working the full year, unpaid days off will adjust wage for that specific pay-period.

Primary Function
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for providing clinical and supervisory services to care coordinators working with youth enrolled in the Youth CCS program.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Supervise (2 or more staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E
- Plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise day-to-day operations (facilitate staffing, may transport clients, direct/approve/review documents/items, assign cases to staff, monitor, audit and evaluate CORE team processes; provide clinical supervision for ancillary providers; etc. E
- Facilitate all aspects of providing individual person-centered, strength-based, culturally intelligent, and trauma-informed support to consumers (conduct mental health and/or substance abuse assessments and ongoing therapeutic services, assess current safety, develop and review comprehensive treatment plans, keep up to date treatment records, etc.). E
- Provide clinical oversight, assessment, recommendations, and support to the Youth CCS Team and consumers. E
- Responsible for assessing and authorizing the need for psychosocial rehabilitation services. E
- Participate as a member of the recovery team by attending team meetings, developing rapport with individual and team, support in assessing and determining the individual’s needs and providing clinical recommendations. E
- Provide weekly clinical consultation for the Youth CCS Care Coordinators and document on the clinical supervision log. E
- Complete/collect/process and/or submit required items by due dates. E
- Follow legal, organizational and contractual requirements, laws and policies. E
- Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders. E
- Attend meetings and professional development activities as requested. NE
- Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
- Perform other related duties as assigned. NE

Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training (SAC-IT) preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services to adults with significant mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring needs.
- Minimum of one (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff.
- Able to work and communicate frankly and effectively with adults, families, and all team members to implement problem solving strategies, understand issues, and to provide crisis services in an ethical, respectful, responsible manner.
- Demonstrated cultural competency with diverse groups and ability to work with individuals from diverse economic backgrounds in a respectful manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, interpersonal relationship skills, and able to work effectively with others from culturally diverse, linguistic and economic background; both in a team and individual environment. Ability to clearly document all interventions/contacts.
- Excellent critical thinking; able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems and ability to adequately implement Plan strategies.
- Highly developed organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on needs of the youth/family and program needs.
- Must successfully complete and pass all background checks.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field and office environments. Frequent travel; infrequent state-wide travel. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
