Wage Range: $58,031.50 to 69,451.20 (Based on Experience)
*annual wage will be pro-rated based on start date and/or full-time/part-time status, base wage is contingent upon the employee actively working the full year, unpaid days off will adjust wage for that specific pay-period.

Primary Function
Responsible for managing, supervising, and implementation of the day-to-day operations the CORE/CCS (Early Intervention) Program and its staff to ensure the completion of program requirement and provide clinical services to individuals experiencing initial onset of significant mental health needs.
Primary Duties

- Supervise (2 or more staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day operations (facilitate staffing, may transport consumers, direct/approve/review Plans of Care, service authorizations, functional screens, provider notes, etc., assign cases to staff, monitor, audit and evaluate team processes, etc.). E
- Facilitate & provide direct clinical services to an assigned number of individuals enrolled in the program. E
- Facilitate all aspects of providing services and support to consumers (conduct mental health and/or substance abuse assessments and ongoing therapeutic services, assess current safety, develop and review comprehensive treatment plans, keep up to date treatment records, etc.). E
- Follow and ensure all legal, organizational and contractual requirements, laws and policies. E
- Prepare, complete, distribute, and/or submit required items by due dates. E
- Attend meetings and professional development activities, as requested. E
- Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders. E
- Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
- Perform other related duties, as assigned. E

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
- Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services to individuals with significant mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring needs.
- Minimum of one (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), oral and written, preferred.
- Able to work and communicate frankly and effectively with adults, families, and all team members to implement problem solving strategies, understand issues, and to provide crisis services in an ethical, respectful, responsible manner.
- Able to demonstrate positive cultural intelligence with diverse groups and individuals.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.
- Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal history background checks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on program needs.

The employee is regularly required to drive, stand, sit, reach, stoop, bend, and walk. Employee is frequently required to see, talk, or hear. Finger dexterity is also required. Infrequent lifting, including files, will be encountered.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field, and office environments, including travel. Local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
