PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for troubleshooting a variety of computer issues, maintain and repair equipment, provide technical advice and support to users with Software and Hardware effectively and assist and act as the lead in the absence of the Director.
Primary Duties

- Possess skills to perform all duties of the IT Tech I & II position if needed. E
- Provide back-up support for the IT Director in his/her absence and provide general guidance and support to other IT Technicians. E
- Backup support for Tech I and II positions. E
- Prepare, develop, complete, distribute, and/or submit required items by due dates. E
- Assume the role of Be the Project Team Leader to include supervising the team, developing work scope, coordinating resources, establishing deadlines, tracking progress, performing risk assessment, communicating with stakeholders, documenting project processes, and following up with clients after project completion. E
- Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
- Perform other related duties as assigned. NE
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Sciences or related field.
2. Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as IT Helpdesk and/or PC Applications/OS Support, and/or IT Customer Service.
3. Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP)
4. Certification in Cisco networking (CCNP, CCIE)
NOTE: Would consider candidates who will commit to obtaining items 3 & 4 certifications as a condition of employment.
5. Three (3) plus years of experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune and/or other deployment technologies.
6. Three (3) plus years of experience with network security, maintenance and configuration including routing, ARP, VPN, VLANs and other relevant standards.
7. Three (3) plus years of experience with wireless and wired networking equipment, technologies, and concepts, Android, and iOS mobile device management, implementation, and maintenance, and budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management. (Strongly preferred)
8. Must be a “People Person” who is friendly, patient, outgoing, dependable, and enjoys working to help others.
9. Possess great organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
10. Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
11. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
12. Be a “TEAM” player.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in an office environment, including travel. Local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
