Wage Range: $ $58,031.50 to $69,451.20 annual*+ (Based on experience)
*annual wage will be pro-rated based on the start date and/or full-time/part-time status, the base wage is contingent upon the employee actively working the full year, unpaid days off will adjust wage for that specific pay-period.

Primary Function
Responsible for managing and supervising implementation of the Mental Health and AODA Outpatient Clinic (services for children, youth, and adults with mental health and/or addiction issues) to ensure the completion of program requirements. Also responsible for providing direct therapy services.
Primary Duties

- Plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise day-to-day operations to include, but not limited to: receive, review, and assign all referrals to the programs, renew and expand network agreements and funding sources (including developing new sources such as insurance HMOs and Medicaid), review and approve case planning, decision-making and address concerns from referral sources, provide coverage for assigned staff (may transport clients), etc. E
- Oversee and manage work of consultants/clinicians to include, but not limited to: ensure the accurate and timely completion and submission by clinicians of all required reports and data including assessments, consents, treatment plans, discharge summaries, evaluations, satisfaction surveys, progress notes and other documents as needed for the file, etc. E
- Ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and contractual requirements, laws and policies to include, but not limited to: audits, program evaluations and recommendations, licensing standards, file and staff compliance, new or enhanced policies and procedures. E
- Supervise, evaluate, manage, and train/develop staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E
- Follow legal, organizational, and contractual requirements, laws and policies (i.e.; contracts, licenses, rules, etc.).E
- Prepare, complete, and submit required items by due dates and required timelines; to include, but not limited to: reports, invoices, financial records, statistical data, evaluations, Personnel Action Records, Worker’s Compensation reports and investigations, etc. E
- Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders (i.e.; BMCW, probation workers, etc.).NE
- Implement and/or practice the duties and responsibilities of a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse under current policies and procedures, as required. E
- Attend all meetings, provider fairs, and professional development activities, as directed. NE
- Perform other duties as assigned. NE
Required Qualifications
1. Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work required.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with treatment issues required.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct provision and/or supervision of providers of mental health therapy and/or AODA services required.
4. Valid State Licensure (LCSW, PPC, LMFI) required.
5. Minimum of one (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff.
6. Strong cultural competency and interpersonal relationship skills.
7. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, appropriate to target audiences across multiple functional areas, categories, levels, linguistic, and economic backgrounds; both in a team and individual environment.
8. Excellent critical thinking; able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
9. Highly developed organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
10. Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
11. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on needs of the program needs.
12. Must successfully complete and pass all background checks.
13. Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field and office environments, including travel to client homes for appointments and/or court hearings. Local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
