PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for managing and supervising implementation of the Treatment Foster Home Program (services to recruit, train, and license Treatment Foster Parents for children with family or behavior issues) to ensure the completion of program requirements.

1. Supervise (2 or more staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E
2. Plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise day-to-day operations to include, but not limited to: review and approve foster home licenses, coordinate activities of program (i.e. outreach activities, orientation, classes, foster parent training), conduct staff meetings, individual supervision, and trainings, etc. E
3. Facilitate, manage, and document compliance, auditing, and evaluation of programs to include, but not limited to: prepare required reports and statistical data on client population, provide outcome data, satisfaction surveys, reports, and other quality assurance functions. E
4. Serve as a liaison, develop, and maintain working relationships with applicable stakeholders (i.e.; Milwaukee County Delinquency and Court services, DMCPS and Wraparound); including funding sources and regulatory bodies. E
5. Follow and ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and contractual requirements (i.e. DCF56, HSS 54, Child Placing Agency), laws and policies to include, but not limited to: audits, program evaluations and recommendations, licensing standards, file and staff compliance, new or enhanced policies and procedures. E
6. Prepare, complete, and submit required items by due dates and required timelines; to include, but not limited to: reports, invoices, financial records, statistical data, evaluations, Personnel Action Records, Worker’s Compensation reports and investigations, etc. E
7. Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders (i.e.; DMCPS, Wraparound Milwaukee, Human Service Workers, etc.). NE
8. Attend all meetings, provider fairs, and professional development activities, as needed. NE
9. Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
10. Perform other related duties, as assigned. NE

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work required.
- One (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff required.
- Three (3) years of direct service experience required.
- Valid State Licensure (APSW, LCSW, PPC or LMFI) required.
- Able to demonstrate positive cultural intelligence with diverse groups and individuals.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.
- Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal history background checks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on program needs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field and office environments. Frequent local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
