will be pro-rated based on the start date and/or full-time/part-time status, base wage is contingent upon the employee actively working the full year, unpaid days off will adjust wage for that specific pay-period.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for managing, supervising, and implementation of day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure the completion and compliance of program requirements and supervision/management of staff.
Primary Duties

- Supervise (2 or more staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E
- Plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise day-to-day operations to include, but not limited to: facilitate staffing (may transport clients), direction, approval, and review (Plans of Care, service authorizations, court letters, prior authorizations, notices of change of placement, etc.), assignment of cases to staff, monitor, audit and evaluate Wraparound REACH Program (i.e.; services, provider notes, client files and complaints), etc. E
- Provide training for other programs and providers. E
- Coordinate and implement monthly family events. E
- Ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and contractual requirements, laws and policies to include, but not limited to: audits, program evaluations and recommendations, licensing standards, new or enhanced policies and procedures. E
- Follow legal, organizational, and contractual requirements, laws and policies (i.e.; County Contract). E
- Prepare, complete, and submit required items by due dates and required timelines (i.e.; reports, statistical data, quality assurance surveys, evaluations, Personnel Action Records, Worker’s Compensation reports and investigations, etc. E
- Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders (i.e.; Milwaukee County, BMCW, Children’s Court). NE
- Attend all meetings and professional development activities, as needed. NE
- Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
- Perform other related duties, as assigned. NE

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited school in Social Work or related field (as approved by Wraparound Milwaukee) required. Master Degree from an accredited school in Social Work or related field (as approved by Wraparound Milwaukee) preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in case management required; with a minimum of one (1) of those years being in Wraparound Care Coordination.
- One (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff.
- Able to demonstrate positive cultural intelligence with diverse groups and individuals.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.
- Knowledge and experience with experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal history background checks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on program needs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field and office environments. Local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
